A quick (30 minutes from prep to finish) Meal Kit from the folks @HelloFresh.
Pork and black beans are the proteins in this dish, and I had never made chili with ground pork until I tried this meal kit. Browning the pork along with the Mexican and southwest seasoning packets gave this a nice blend of flavors.

The tomato paste cooking with the ground pork gives the flavor a boost and an almost smokey quality. The diced tomatoes lend a tanginess and more texture to the meal.
The black beans add flavor, texture, and help to thicken the chili. The black beans are a nice change of pace from the common chili beans used in most recipes.
The hot sauce sour cream makes a spicy topping, and the choice of @CholulaHotSauce is the reason. It is more flavorful than tabasco would have been.
I minced the jalapeno pepper, and all, and added it to the chili during the last five minutes of cooking. It brought the heat level up and really made the leftover portion spicy.

This meal kit was easy to prepare, a one pot effort. The use of pork and black beans transitioned it from your run-of-the-mill chili, to a whole new experience. Pricing out at around $9.00 per person it was well worth it. I made some cornbread and a cup of coffee to go with it and was filled up nicely.
I would recommend this @HelloFresh meal kit to anyone.
